Timothy began his recruitment career in 2022 as an internal recruiter within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, where he discovered a passion for connecting the right people with the right roles. Prior to transitioning into Human Resources, he built a strong foundation in hospitality, working his way up from Front Office Duty Manager at a 5-star hotel to Restaurant Manager. This hands-on experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments gave him a deep understanding of operational needs and team dynamics across hospitality and retail sectors.

Now, as a recruiter, Timothy specializes in talent acquisition for F&B and retail industries, ranging from frontline staff to executive-level professionals. His unique background allows him to identify top talent with precision and insight, ensuring both client satisfaction and candidate success.
