Sean Ng is the Co-founder and Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region at Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP), one of Asia’s largest recruitment solution providers and HR technology platforms, with 20 offices globally. With over 20 years of executive search and recruitment leadership experience, Sean has built a strong reputation for delivering high-impact talent solutions across Asia.

Before founding CGP, Sean held a senior leadership role with Hays China, a UK-listed global recruitment firm, where he served as General Manager based in Shanghai. His recruitment career spans key markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and China, giving him deep regional insight and hands-on expertise in cross-border talent acquisition. This broad exposure has shaped his ability to connect companies with high-performing talent across diverse business cultures and sectors.

Under Sean’s leadership, CGP has grown into a trusted regional partner, delivering Executive Search, Contracting, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and Human Resources Outsourcing services to multinational and local firms across industries.
